High Accurancy Color Analyzer is a precision instrument for measuring the whiteness, color and color difference of solids. It is widely used in papermaking, printing, textile printing and dyeing, ceramics, building materials, chemical, food, salt and other industries industries that need to determine the color and whiteness of solids in Production and commodity inspection department.
Product Function
Measure the color and chromatic aberration of a solid under the conditions of C light source and D65 light source:
Tristimulus values and chromaticity coordinates under CIE1931 standard color system;
CIE1964 supplements the tristimulus values and chromaticity coordinates of the standard chromaticity system;
L*, u*, v*, C*uv, Suv, huv, a*, b*, C*ab, hab and color difference of CIE1976 uniform color space.
Measure CIE whiteness (Gantz visual whiteness) W10 and color cast value Tw10
Measure the brightness of blue diffuse reflection factor D65 and the fluorescence brightness of fluorescent whitening materials.
Measure the ISO brightness and the fluorescence brightness of fluorescent whitening materials under the condition of indoor light C/2°.
Measure the whiteness and color of building materials, non-metallic mineral products, and ceramics.
Measure the whiteness, Lab and color difference under the Hunter system.
Measuring the whiteness and chroma of the fiber (matching Fiber Sample Holder).
Measure the whiteness, chromaticity, Lab and color difference of the powder.
Measure yellowness YI, opacity OP, light scattering coefficient S, light absorption coefficient A, transparency, ink absorption value.
Measure the reflected optical density Dx, Dy, Dz.

Product Features
Imported concave flat field grating, photoelectric display sensor, pulse xenon lamp and other components are used to ensure the basis of equipment accuracy.
The circuit adopts the ARM+FPGA dual-core scheme to ensure the calculation capability and the timing accuracy of sampling.
The stepping motor controls the amount of ultraviolet radiation, automatically and accurately controls the amount of radiation, and the fluorescent brightness is tested by one button.
