Internal Bond Tester

The  Internal Bond Tester refers to the ability of the paperboard to resist separation between the layers. It is a reflection of the internal bonding ability of the paper, which is very important for processing multi-layer paper and cardboard. Low or uneven internal bonding values may cause problems when the paper and cardboard are laid flat in the offset printing machine using sticky inks; too high bonding strength values will make processing difficult and increase production costs.

Product Features

Non-damping encoder reduces bearing friction and improves measurement accuracy.
Cotex-M4 ARM processor, 7-inch color touch screen, English menu, simple and convenient operation.
Sample preparation and testing are separated, and pneumatic pressurization is used for sample preparation. Compared with ordinary hydraulic paper samplers, no maintenance such as oiling is required.
Test data supports USB export.
The system and screen software can be upgraded via the network or USB.
