Bursting Tester for Paper is manufactured according to the internationally universal Mullen principle. It is a basic instrument for testing the bursting strength of thin materials such as paper. Adopt stepper motor to drive the oil cylinder, the speed is stable, and the instrument can be used in a wide voltage range.
Pneumatic clamping system, one-button test.
Cotex-M4 ARM processor, 24-bit ADC high-precision analog-to-digital converter, fast response speed, accurate measurement data.
Adopt 7-inch color touch screen, Chinese display, touch button, real-time display of pressure curve.
Sudden power failure data saving function, the data before power failure is retained after booting and the test can be continued.
Automatic reset when over range.
Three units can be selected: kPa, kgf/cm2, Psi, which can be switched at will.
Test data supports USB export.
The system and screen software can be upgraded via network or USB.
Support multiple communication methods, online software (purchased separately) can communicate via WIFI or USB.
Test data supports uploading to cloud server, cooperate with QMS paper quality management system (purchased separately), real-time monitoring of paper inspection data.
